Where do you recycle old flourescent bulbs?

Where do you recycle old flourescent bulbs?
I'm talking about the non-CFL light bulbs. We also have those long and skinny light tubes. Where do you go to recycle those? We're converting the house into CFLs all around to save energy and the environment.
