Toilet question

How do I get the toilet to flush or go down faster??? Moved into our place like 2 months ago and this has been buggin me so I changed the innards of the tank but its still the same. Here's the deal, I set the water level maybe an inch below the line where the water level line is marked. Flush and the water kinda rises and then goes down kinda slowly. Is this a gravity thing or can I do something to make it flush with better pressure. I've looked at the toilet tanks at work and they look the same but it'll flush like it could suck someone in! I want THAT flush!

You should have it fill to the line. It is slow, because you don't have enough water volume.

I had the same issue 2 weeks agoa dn a turn of the adjustmwent screw to bring the water level up fixed it.

I thought it was a drain clog at first also.

Those are pressure assisted toilets. Lot's of manufacturers make them.

Check www.kohler.com to see examples.

it's not clogged cuz I snaked it when we first moved in. I raised the water level, helped a lil bit. I just might invest in one of those kohler toilets. $442 is pretty steep but the bathroom is my sanctuary! Thanks guys

Ok, how about this....

How do you make the toilet flush all the way. Right now I have to hold down the handle to get the thing to go all the way down. If not it never completly flushes.
I tried adjusting the flapper, handle, & water level, it helped a little but not much.

Could also be a vent issue, especially if the toilet is 'new construction', i.e., added after the house was built such as in a finished basement.

pressurized toilets should be mandatory! I mean, nobody want to find any presents floating around and it's embarrassing if you have company over and they hear you flushing more than once! :
