for those who prepaid for their heating oil
We have a heat pump so i don't have to buy oil. But for those who may have had prepaid for oil this past summer; when the prices dropped like a rock, did the oil companies readjust your buy in price? Or did they make you keep your record high price that you paid?

about oil but I'm pissed that PSE&G got approval from the state of NJ for a 14% rate hike as natural gas was falling through the floor.
