I know this is unethical, but craigslist is not resolving anything.

its a resigning of a lease 12 mo. 13th free. 50th story, 2007 green bldg in Murray Hill. lease is for a true bedroom in a 2 bdrm unit partioned into 3. rent is $2k, non negotiable. but a steal for the southside view (two river, wall st, statue of liberty, BKLYN and jersey). amentities include a full gym, and indoor basketball court. the other two roommates are trader/banker. there is parking in the bldg for $300/mo, which is somewhat reasonable.
