Replacing drywall over shower
I'm about to start the DIY part of remodeling the master bath and think I need to replace a section of drywall over the shower. The edges tend to get mold spots beause the vent doesn't do a good enough job. Of course, I will also be replacing the vent.
The question is, how do I ensure a good seal between the new drywall (green board) and existing tile which goes all the way to the ceiling? The existing tile was cut at the ceiling line. I have no plans (or budget) to retile the shower.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

Mold-resistent silicone caulk in the seams. I would also paint the area with something like Kilz or Zinsser first to provide a good barrier to mold infiltration. The green board will certainly help.

Thanks. I should have thought of caulk
I'll actually be priming the whole bathroom after sanding down the heavy, ugly texture that is currently there. Plus there will be two other areas that will be patched - the exhaust fan area and I'm filling in where the medicine cabinet is.
