Antone on here haveone\build them or are know much about them? I've always liked them, and finally found a somewhat affordable peace of land. So if anyone has any input on them, it would be greatly appreciated.

 

I saw the This Old House eposiodes where they restored an old timberframe barn. Looked like a shitload of work.

 

I read somethings on the internet about what the shells cost and what you get in the kit. Some basic cost information, But what I was hopeing to find was the real ins and outs of building and owning one. I read they're about 7% more to build initially, but they are so well insulated that they save you money in the long run.......Should have posted in ramblings first, maybe I would have gotten a few more intital thought before it got moved over here... oh well
