So it's $4079 for the designer and $2613 for the Proline.
So here's the rub. We have white doors and trim throughout the house. Maple cabinets in the kitchen.
Would it look gay to have a stained maple finish door with white trim? Would it look gay to have a maple door, with maple trim around the door and the baseboards are white?
I was thinking we could just replace the baseboard as well, but the right side would look sort of odd as you'll see.
Thoughts? Would you stain? Or just go all white and be done?
An afterthought is maybe put some sort of a cornerblock that may separate the maple finish from white baseboard on the right? Like this:

Please don't mix the stained woodwork with the white unless you do this throughout the house. It would look best if you paint the new door white since the trim is already white too.

My parents went with pella for all their windows and doors when we built their cottage. They have been great. We love their sliders. We also like the auto retract on the screen door so you dont have to close it behind you when you walk out. Sarawi pointed out that the door and screen are reversed as opposed to most. We havent had a problem or issue with it being that way in almost 10 years. Im replacing my patio door with a pella after seeing how much i like theirs. My friend just went with pella after seeing how well theirs have held up and how nice they are. Especially with the cold winters and how well they seal.
These face Due west and get bombarded by all the elements.
