I dunno man... having been a board member in the past, I think I'm good this time around due to the size of the community which will include a central park. It's going to be work for that panel to keep things on the up & up.

Well its brand new so no need to do much in fixing, but we need to do the side yard but its a bigger job than me and my wife can handle, one of our friends will help us out with that.
What's the plan for the yard? Our neighbors think I'm insane when I do these projects but I've found the worst part of projects is the planning and the anticipation of whether you really can do it; you can.

Ask my wife, that's not true I had a ton of projects already done even though our place was new too

Im physically limited to do certain things due to injury and tackling this would probably be a huge mistake

I doubt we'll do shelves as we plan to add tall 2' vases with 4' tri-ball topiaries on both ends; should fill up the area nicely.
