Major HELP needed with yard.

My entire front yard is DEAD. completely just fried. i live in san antonio, and we have been experiencing QUITE a long drought, and truthfully, i havent kept up at all. What should i do...

Wait till Fall and thatch the entire lawn then reseed and use a good fall fertilizer. No point in trying to save it now.

Lol turf lawn that is fucking awesome.

Also desert landscapes look bad ass IMO but aren't great for playing.

I agree with Moog, either do a natural yard with landscaping native to your area or get turf. In recent years, the quality of turf has improved greatly, with some of it looking and almost feeling like real grass. If you just have to have real grass, wait until fall and reseed.

When I was on set while making the Evan Almighty movie, the set houses has synthetic gras and that stuff was awesome. The only problem was it got hot to the touch in full sun, but other than that it's dark green and maintenance free.
