Does anyone here have one?

We have one of those annoying low flush toilets and it takes about 5 flushes and a plunger to get anything to go through it. I was hoping some people here had a flushmate and could shed some light on the following:

1. Do they fit low flush toilets with a single tank/bowl piece?
2. Do they cause a lot of spray/splash?
3. Will crappy water pressure be able to fill up the tank?
4. Do they work?
5. Would you recommend it?
