Pretty cool little site where you put in criteria and it gives you a list of the top 25 or so places that fit your needs...
BTW, just put in fake info at the end of the survey. Doing that doesn't prevent you from getting your results...
http://www.findyourspot.com
My top 5 were...
Hopkinsville, Kentucky
Fredericksburg, Virginia
Edenton, North Carolina
Hickory, North Carolina
Hilton Head, South Carolina
Pretty interesting considering where we are now... so looks like we're in the right region!

hmm,
Santa Barbara, CA
Santa Cruz, CA
Eugene, OR
Corvallis, OR
Fayetteville, AR (what the fuck)
I like the first two. So far I'm not a fan of Oregon. The last one...I'd never move to the south.

Trending Topics
mine were interesting, but i could live with them....
1. Eugene, Oregon
2. Providence, Rhode Island
3. Corvallis, Oregon
4. Danbury, Connecticut
5. New Haven, Connecticut
I'm not really surprised with RI and CT, I miss the Massholia area and New England, the weather, the attitude, the better drivers.....
And I do like Oregon, i thought it was a beautiful state. I like being near the coasts.

My top 5:
Norfolk, VA
Hampton, VA (other side of Ches Bay from Norfolk)
LI, NY
Greenville SC
Louisville, KY
Personally, I wonder if we inherently answer in ways that are very similar to where we currently live (assuming you like it). I like where we currently live (smaller town that is 15 minutes from Hampton and 25 from Norfolk), but I think that I'd prefer to live in Richmond, VA or Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC or perhaps Charleston, SC. Interestingly, all made my top 25.
As for Norfolk...definitely a good bit of cultural opportunities- not like NYC or DC but not too shabby for a military town.

After the first page I was like, this kind of defeats the whole point... so I started over and answered everything honestly to arrive at my results. So yeah, some people may do that to try to skew the results like I started doing before I re-did it
