Fertilizer/Iron stain on concrete

I was careless with my fertilizer spreader and now I have small spots, splotches and dots of orange discoloration (which I think is from the iron in the fertilizer) on my concrete patio and on the sidewalk...

any ideas on how to remove them?

Over time it will go away... You can try a metal bristle brush and some water and perhaps a mild detergent.
