If a billiards table is going parallel to the brick wall, why not throw in a dart board? Basement looks great Fibo.

I'm not sure exactly on the labor cost per sq ft on just the cork, because it was blended into installing 300sq ft of slate, 225 sq ft of bamboo, and 700 sq ft of cork. Total labor for the flooring was $5080 and spent $9159 on material. About half of the bamboo went into the master closet and we re-used the carpet from there on the basement stairs.

Thanks for the compliments guys, this project has been fun.

Currently shopping for an HD projector. I'm hesitant to get too crazy on the electronics since little kid(s) will ruling the roost for the near future. Will probably stick to the low end for now. It will be interesting to see which piece of new furniture will be wrecked first.
