Ceramic Heaters --- Safe?

I was thinking about getting one of these for the basement?

Nice to have in the winter months. Any issues with something like this?

Just be sure to get one that has automatic shut-off if it tips over.

I have Lasko heater, it has auto shutoff, no problems with it, works great and saves money vs. heating the whole house!
