One of the roommates turned on the garbage disposal when a shot glass fell in there and there's broken glass throughout it...
It got stuck but I was able to move stuff around and stop that. Now I just hear the glass crunching when its on.

Anyway of getting it out without me taking it out?? Is it bad to turn it on more so the glass becomes fine??

 

You could shove a shop vac down there and get the big pieces but I wouldn't worry about the small ones. Turn on the water, and run it until you don't hear any grinding...

I dont have a shop vac, and using a flashlight I really only see 1 or 2 big pieces, I'll see if i can get it out with pliers or something or get gloves on and stick my hand in there.

You can clean it by putting ice and rock salt in it and turn it on. Vinegar also works if you don't have rock salt.
