who drinks muscle milk?
I used to drink it, but I stopped because of all the fat/sat.fat. My question is, is the fat in muscle milk a "bad fat", or is it the "good fat" type that's in stuff like peanuts and such? Also, if you take it, what are your results with it, bulking or cutting?

I have about 8 jugs of that stuff. I hated it at first but its pretty good. I actually drink it before bed. The ameno acids help when you sleep. Helps to reduce muscle loss while sleeping.
The fat is good fat, the stuff your body needs. I would say its for bulking since thats the stage I am at right now with my new diet.

Should you take it? Sure..but depends on how much and what you want to do...
I take it just as a post workout .....I think take cell tech and stake it with 100% whey protein for a post workout when I'm really wanting to bulk....other wise...my post workout is gerber hawaiian delight desert with soy lecithin granules and then a 100% whey protein shake
