Every once in a while, he mentions eating crap food. Also, I have not heard about any daily runs, etc in London. Did he go back to being obese?

Yes, I am still skinny.....When I got to London, I was 165lbs....I now weigh about 175 but my waist is still the same (31)......I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and do about 50 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of machines....Yes, the food here is worse then in the US, but I am getting by....

How are your wife's cookies wstevens?

Half gone. But I've decided I'll need to lose another 10 so I'm back at square one.

Every since I started playing hockey and riding my bike, my weight is slowly creeping up. I was better off sitting on the couch.

And I guess the belly is the last thing to go?

But are you getting fat or fit?

And judging by your lunch choices lately I'm thinking hockey and biking isn't the cause.

The BMI doesn't take bone mass in consideration....I think at 5'9 your should be 165-170 (Im 5'8 and I was normal at 165). But my body seems to want to be 175 now. Right now, all my clothes fit, so Im not freaking out.

fdl, I was thinking about the peanut butter and bacon.

So here's my dilemma. I've gone from 215 to 180. From a 41-40 waist to a 36. I'm in medium shirts and I've basically had to change by entire wardrobe.

But, I still look like a fawkin pear with my shirt off. How do I now lose this mid section?

Not really...Crunches will help build muscle in the mid section, but wont shrink it.

Only loosing more weight, but is a lot of it skin? Mine is.

Ya, you need to lose weight and tighten it up at the same time. Otherwise you'll bee one of those skinny fat guys.

Also, I believe the first place you gain weight, is the last place you lose it.

Not sure I was ever fat enough to have a lot of loose skin, we'll see. But I'm fairly sure most of it is still fat. I don't feel much loose skin.

So I guess more of the same until its all gone?

BTW - do you still have that loose skin or is it slowly going away?

You're 5' 8", 175, with a bunch of skin hanging off your midsection? No offense, but
