For time between pop squats/box jumps : Honestly, it just depends on my energy level By the time I get to plyometrics, I'm pretty low-carb, low-energy, and low-morale

Ah see, plyos should be done in the begining of one's exercise routine imo. Power training is always more wattage-intense than strength training.
