Are these running shoes good?
http://www.holabirdsports.com/m/Runn.../p4/042344.htm
I'm going to start jogging again, so I need a pair of running shoes. I was wondering iif those were any good. I'll probably just jog 2-4 miles / day, nothing major.
So yeah, are those good? If you guys have a better suggestion let me know!

do you know if you are a pronator, overpronator, or supinator? That would be the biggest question before I would purchase shoes online. If you are not sure what foot style you are, try doing the wet foot test on a flattened brown paper bag. That will help you find the most comfortable shoe.
I got blessed with flat feet, therefore I need orthotic insoles for any shoe I buy for running

One on the right for me
Go to a shoe store where they will fit your for good shoes. I used to just buy whatever running shoes I liked, then I decided to go to a shop that actually made you do a bunch of stuff to figure out what shoe was best. Easily the biggest improvement you can make for running.

Personally I am not a fan of these specific shoes, I bought a pair and only used them to train my clients with, and I have had some very soar feet from them. I have had better luck with Adidas shoes, specifically the A3 Gigarides, and Megabounce. If you are looking for running shoes, I would look to Asics or Saucony. Good luck and I would stay with Holabird sports as they have some of the best prices around.

Like everyone else said, go get your feet tested for what style shoe you need. I prefer full stability shoes for my long distance running. I like these so much I bought a second pair.

I just buy Shoxs for my walking shoes. I recently just bought a pair of Asics Gt-2110 and there the best running shoes that I ever bought. I am never gonna go back to New Balance. Sticking with Asics from now on.
