Everytime I do pulling exercises my forearms become sore and tight to the point were I cant finish my work out. What can I do to stop this?

Make sure you are including your forearm muscles during the stretching and warm-up before the exercises. If the pain is localized, see a doctor to make sure you don't have a joint issue.

Try using wrist wraps. That'll assist you in gripping.

Sounds like a weak grip to me. Are you trying to move more weight than normal? I always use straps when I'm pulling a lot of weight, and that might help with the soreness, but it won't make your grip stronger...so I guess it could hurt you in the long run.

Have you ever had joint issues? If not, do you think it could be the tendons in your elbows that are causing the pain? You could try taking a glucosamine supplement.

Seriously, though....how long have you had the soreness? My wife and I found when we started working out (starting slowly & adding workouts) that all the new sorenesses (word?) we had went away after 2 months max. Maybe it's just something that will go away like my sore knee, sore elbow, sore shoulder, & sore calves did.

If it's new, and you are working yourself harder than you normally can, it will hurt. Suck it up, unless it is so painful you think you may be hurting yourself.
