salsa as salad dressing

anyone use salsa as salad dressing, its less calories than regular dressing, and more satisfying too

works to help keep the cals down

I used to kick egg whites diced with salsa as a quick protein rich snack.

Salsa, and Mustard are two of the best contiments to use health wise.

Keep this thread going guys. I bought some salsa a while back because of it's low cals / carbs and been looking for things to put it on ( yes, the penis still burns). Salad is great!

Oh, and if you are mexican, it must be really hard ordering a Seltzer.

Because I like you guys....

Take low carb or whole wheat pasta - cooked. Add salsa (spicy is best) and mix together. Add one Boca or Gardenburger, cut up and mixed into pasta / salsa. Enjoy!!!

It was good!

best jarred salsa in the world is made by Arriba! and is their Chipoltle pepper salsa. Mmmmmmm. Guaranteed to be a house favorite, if you can find it.

i'm usin pace picante 'hot' right now, its about 10 cals for every 2 tablespoons

how many calories is a boca burger?
