Powercleans, squats and dead lifts
Basically, I need to know as much as I can about these 3 work outs. I've always avoided them because I've been under the impression that they stunt your growth.
@ 19 yrs old and 5'4", I'm hoping that I can get @least another growth spurt before I have no more height to go.
Fucking genetics.
Basically though, apparently the old wives tales are untrue, and these work outs won't necessarily stunt growth. Sooo, I'm trying to get as much info about 'em as possible.
1. I know that they are "all around" workouts/movements, but what do they focus development on primarily?
2. How should I incorporate it into my workout? Usually, my consistent workout week is as follows:
Day 1: Chest
2:Back/shoulders
3:Bi's Tri's
4:Lower back/legs
As a student, random shit always comes up, so days 1-4 aren't necessarily Monday through Thursday, there could be random rest days in between and such. The main point is on days 5, 6, and 7, my workouts are really open. Usually i like to do focused workouts on shoulders/traps, dabble in a bit of cardio, and or hit up some muscle groups that I happened to slack off on that week. Also, everytime I lift @ the gym, it is usually accompanied by ab excercises and an hour or so of cardio.
Any pertinent info would be very helpful. Thx a lot acurazine fitness gurus.

I do deadlifts on my back day, squats on legs day. Powercleans scare me. ![Scared](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/scared.gif)
Working out won't stunt your growth unless you injure yourself. Injury is more of a concern with these lifts, good form is paramount.
