I started with an average build of 5'10" 190lbs at 20 yrs old. I've always had a natural chest and arms but an otherwise "husky" frame.
When I got to college at 21, i started lifting 5 days a week on a strict lifting and cardio program with aboslutly zero diet or concern for what I ate. Basically, the frat dick workout. I continued with total dedication to lifting an no diet and graduated 4 years later with a 240 lb frame, still 5'10".
I left college built like a pro wrestler. Large defined arms, chest, legs with a pudgy belly and love handles. Now that I'm out in the workforce, I havent done any consistant physical activity in over a year. I still have the large chest arms and legs, but my waistline is ever expanding. I now wear a size 40 pants

Ok, here is a pic of me about 3 months after my climax and starting to head downhill. I'm starting to get a little pudgy and have lost quite a bit of definition. I'm at 5'10 235 lbs here. This was our houseboat in Shasta and Im the guy in the blue hat. There's about 20 girls on the other side of this camera, trust me
This me in the best shape I've ever been in. 5'10 225 lbs here. My girl took the pic and made me pose, excuse the gheyness

Here are my pictures...finally. My before one sucks cause it's from so far away. It was taken 2 years ago, at age 19 and 140lbs. I'm now 21 and 155. It seems like no matter how hard I try, I still look like a starving child from a third world country My descriptions are below the picture. Click to enlarge.
In the pics taken today I'm literally a redneck from my trip! I burnt sooo bad up there!
The above picture is me at 19. Look at those weak, girly arms!
Chest/abs shot. I really need to build up that chest. It lags so far behind and I have trouble gaining mass. Definition is not a problem.
These are all pics of me today, clearly looking "angsty". Girly arms are gone, as you can see. Still not up to par with what I want though. Abs need work, shoulders need work, chest needs work. Generally I need to gain mass everywhere.
Double biceps shot. I think I need bigger triceps. I once heard a quote that "If you have no triceps, you have no arm." Oh, and I think I look bloated here.
Back shot. Nasty shoulder blades are not covered by enough muscle, making me look like a starving child from Ethiopia, besides the white skin.
A full body shot. to scar everyone for life.
Calves. I like the definition, but a little thickness would be nice.
Okay, I know this shot is ridiculous, but I don't have a better one that shows my shoulder development. I think that's the one area I really improved in since 2 years ago.

I won't embarass myself with pics but here is my progress:
12/2002 - 270lbs 40 waist
11/2003 - 220lbs 38 waist
6/2005 - 215lbs 37 waist
lowest I've been was 208lbs. I am 5'9. My goal is probably 195lbs with a 34-36 waist. I am realistic and give myself a range of 190-210 ultimately. I could go lower but it would be so hard to maintain. like Cartman, I am also "big boned!"

Goal Reached!
Well, my original goal of 70 lbs has been reached. I am thinking I may try to loose 5-10 lbs more, but my body is fighting it. I feel very different, more confident and more energy.
Time Period: January 1st - July 1st
Weight Loss: from 250 lbs to 180 lbs
Waist Size: from 44 to 32
Shirt Size: from extra large to medium
Underwear Size: from extra large to medium (no small penis jokes please)
Watch: down 4 links
Ring Size: from 9 3/4 to 9
Belts: Gone through 4
I had a physical last week and my doctor was very impressed (he is very big on being the right weight). He did say that he was a bit concerned about how fast it came off. He scared me by saying that if I don't continue the amount of exercise and amount of calories I am doing now, that I will gain. I obviously wont continue to loose, but my hope is to maintain.

During the spring of 2001, I was 227lbs. at 20.8% bodyfat with a 36 inch waist.
Pictures: I don't have any...when I do see an old pic of me I get disgusted!
As of July 3rd 2005, 182lbs. at 12.1% bodyfat and a 33 inch waist.
Pictures:
I lift weights 6 days a week and do cardio 6-7 days a week. The key to my weight loss was switching from high intensity cardio to a lower intensity. I keep my heart rate at 135-140 bpm and Iv'e seen a big difference.

That last ten pounds may take some time; according to my wife's nutritionist, it is not unusual for the body to hit a "plateau" for a few weeks to a few months after about four to six months of persistent dieting. Just have to hang in there, respect the progress you've made, and not back off.
I'm sure the doc is concerned about overtaxing your cv system by rapid weight shed, but unless there are some specific markers, you're probably fine.
