Yesterday I ran a new personal best of 7:45 mile. I didnt rest at all, just started right at 8mph, then bumped it to 10mph for the last tenth. I actually think I could have done better because I wasnt extremely winded right afterwards, but my pulse was at 192bpm.
I'm gonna go for a 7:15 by end of next week, then later a 2 mile under 17 minutes.
I also put up 150lbs 3 times(also a new best) and did 4 full sets (15 reps) of straight bar curls, with a 40lb bar.
Not bad gains I think for only working out for the past month, and only weighing 155lbs.
