Neck pain
Over the last year or so I've been dealing with some moderate neck pain/stiffness. I think it's due to my neck muscles tightening up after lifting.
For the first time in my life, I've turned into a "neck cracker," which, by the way, doesn't help the stiffness much.
Any advice?

On a serious note, try one of those messagers like the "Thumper". I got one that cost me like $200 (now they're like $40 @ costco). It helped me when my neck got stiff due to stress.

I was having the same problem, I have to make sure my neck/shoulders are warm when I sleep or it stiffens up. I also found that running an ice cube alone the back of my neck worked well to loosen the muscles. You could try a massage from your wife or get a professional to do it.

find a massage therapist who works with myofascial release as part of their effort, and plan to book two to three sessions to work it out.
Try acupuncture; if the neck pain is due to any curtailment of circulation, acupuncture may well help. Give that two-three sessions as well to see what it can do.
Find a good chiropractor
Find a nubile tiny young lady to walk up and down your back and spine while you are stripped naked and have incense candles burning...... may not do much for your neck, but will work out some other cricks.
