Its a creatine transport system, so if you lift hard you should see some muscle gains. Along with that you will retain water and feel bloated, may have upset stomach and muscle cramps.

I'd try to keep my workouts to about 45-60min, after a hour your testorone levels take a big drop.

Why do you need dextrose? The celltech already has 75g per serving, which is more then enough.
Another creatine you can try like celltech is phosphagen hp, its made by EAS. I had great gains using that, and it has about 1/2 the sugar. And it's also about 1/2 the price.
You might want to look into the new creatine on the market, I dont really have anything to back it up since I havent tried it yet. Its called CEE. Creatine Ethyl Ester. Its suppose to be alot more potent, absorbed much more effectively, and not cause the creatine bloat like monohydrate. In a few weeks, I'm going to try some out. It also doesn't have to be mixed with sugar.
But just try celltech or phosphagen hp out and let us know how it goes. You should definitely put on 5-7lbs. Some people really react good to creatine, others doesn't do much at all. Keep us posted.

well if you mix creatine monohydrate with dextrose it is essentially the same as celltech, but you can make twice as much for half the price
i think i mioght try the eas phosphagen, celltech is way to expensive

Back in the day when I first started, I got a big thing of creatine mono powder for cheep, and mixed it with grape juice after workout.
BTW, If you want just go to your local supermarket, and buy the GATORADE mixing powder. Its pretty much pure dextrose

i think im just gonna run to gnc and get 5 2 pund bags and the 1000g of creatine monohydrate, 4 packs of kool aid and ill have my own little "celltech" supply, should work out good
the total price of the creatine monohydrate, the dextrose, the kool aid come out to about $35 and thats for 100 servings, much better than celltech $60+ 7lb tub with onloy 35 servings
