Mega Men = Side Effects?

Mega Men = Side Effects?
This maybe a dumb question But I have to ask. I started taking Mega Men Multivitamin (I take it with food as directed, usually a large meal) and I noticed a few hrs later I almost always feel tired and lazy, Then I'll have to fight through my workouts. On days I went without taking I feel fine and my usual energy is there. Its possible that the cause could be the combination of food that I eat with the vitamin or maybe Im taking it at the wrong time? It could all just be in my head. I did a search and couldnt find anything similar. Anyone with an idea?

Multivitamins really shouldn't make you sleepy.... could it be something else? Most people take their multi in the morning and I've never heard of anyone having energy issues with it. Could it be your sleep pattern? Maybe that you're eating too large of a meal and it's making you sluggish?

Nah. I doubt the MegaMan has anything to do with it. I've taken those multivitamins for over a year and no negative side effects at all. If you want a little boost pre-workout, perhaps try some caffeine or other supplements.

your eating patterns seem fine i guess, like she-l-s said, your sleeping patterns, stress at work? i mean could be a few other things but i doubt it's a side effect of the multivitamin
maybe try NOXPLODE if you're feeling sluggish during your workouts...

I would like to think I get enough sleep, but I suppose some nights I get less than I should. Especially since I work at 6am and go straight to school in the evenings. I dont reach the gym until 10pm. I DO have energy whenever Im NOT taking the vitamin, thats why I found it to be strange. But it could be just be coincidental. I'm trying to gain weight so I pretty much stuff myself with anything heavy, which is why I eat quiznos. Its been working for me so far but school has slowed my progress a little bit. Looks like Im the only one with this problem lol

To gain weight you want to eat more protein, not fat. Try taking a high protein weight gain powder. As you gain muscle mass, your weight will go up. But with a high fat intake, the fat will hide your muscle gains and you won't look cut.
