Congrats!!!
Oh, Oh a diet thread......
Started Jan 1st (New Years Resolution)
Down 19 LBS......
For me it's a Slimfast in the morning, healthy but filling lunch, a few healthy snacks (popcorn, fruit, etc.) and a bowl of low carb cereal with fat free milk at night and 1/2 hour on the Nordictrac.
Im at 230 now, not stopping till I hit 180....
edit: Oh and Trimspa

I'm doing the slimfast thing also. bar for breakfast, normal lunch, a snack, and a bar for dinner. I'm hungry as fuck all the time, but I've lost 32 in about a year and a half. Slow, but it's coming off with no exercise.

Yeah, exercise is the only way. No atkins or diets for me.
I'd rather eat & exercise than starve myself ...I'm a great cook & like to eat too much to really diet.

I love to eat also, but in an odd sort of way, the diet has helped me to appreciate the foods I ate all the time. Now I'll actually look forward to having an occasional soda, or a nice Italian meal. Before my diet, I would have it any time I wanted, but now it tastes better.

Same boat again! It's hard to find wide shoes...especially sneaks.
I found mine in a DSW in Newark...they list the width right on the sides of the box, pretty easy to pick the wide ones out.

Edit: going down now to do my 30 minutes. Afterwards I play GTA San Andreas for a bit. I come back upstairs all sweaty and cussing like a thug. My wife is not impressed...Be back soon.
