If u just wanna slow down on eating to lose a few lbs try Stacker 3, it's @ Wally World & isn't that expensive. They haven't upset my stomach, or given me the shakes & in the past 3 days of taking them i've ate abt 1/2 as much w/ not craving food !! I take 1 when I wake up, 1 rgt before lunch, & 1 when I leave to go home. Plus it doesn't hurt to just quit drinking calorie ridden soda & eat a lil healthier.

if 5lbs is all you need then I'd suggest running every couple of days & keep your heart rate below 135. That'll ensure your body is burning fat and not attacking your muscles for quick energy.
