Just bought a home gym....
Got a good deal on a closeout, and it seems to have pretty much everything we're looking for. My wife really doesn't care for gyms, and with me working from home and not really having any gyms near the house, this figured like a good way to get back into working out. My goal is to get a free-weight bench as I much prefer free-weights over machines, however, for now this works. Between this machine, swimming and biking, I should be off to a good start...
Anyway, I've been scouring the web looking for workout charts. There was not one included with the gym, and I'll admit that I am not really sure which excersise station does what. I'm hoping to make a workout routine that I can follow, plus one for my wife, but it's hard to do without knowing which muscles are used at each station.
Any ideas?

looks good. At the bench section you can do bench press (obviously), lat pull downs, curls, leg extensions, leg curls, and seated rows. The back support might bend down and allow you to do shoulder presses. On the side it looks like u can add attachments ( different types of bars or grips) to do tricep exercies.

Keep the enthusiasm up! For every 10 people I know with a "home gym", 7-8 no longer use it. As the apparatus attracts dust and rust, I hear the same excuse: "Yeah, when I first got it, I used it all the time. But recently, I just haven't had the time ...."
More oftentimes than not, the home gym will begin to wear down. The seats and foam paddings will come apart, the plastic pieces will warp, you'll notice squeaks and instability in the base area, and other stuff like that. So take good care of it, try to keep it out of the elements, and make sure you have it on sturdy ground. Have fun!

^ Yeah, I'm hoping we keep up with the routines. THe hardest part right now is figuring out what excersises can be done on each "station". That's proving to be the most difficult. Once I figure that out I can setup a routine for myself as well as my wife. I had an idea of which excersises work which muscles, but I need to draw something up for my wife that she can follow. She's away with work this week, so I'm hoping by the time she gets back Im able to find some info...

Well, Dick's was useless. I actually found a guy selling on on Craigslist and he had the workout card (pic was posted in his ad). The pic was tiny, so I emailed him asking if he could send it along. He hasn't responded yet, and I'm sure he won't. Oh well.
Last night I just did some excersises I am familiar with and are obvious on the machine. I'll have to keep looking to see what else I can do...
