Joint supplement?
What is a good joint supplement. I'm going to start upping my cardio and get on a weight lifting regiment and I wanted to take something for the joints. Any suggestions?

^^what adam said...those three...i had shoulder issues and thats what i took...you gotta take a ton of it tho for it to have the effect you desire....plus it doesn't hurt to "load" for 5 days to a week...taking 4x the amount to get your system saturated...also be sure to up you water intake for joints
