Ok so here are my current stats:

Max Squat Rep: 315x5
Max Leg Press Rep: 540x5
Benchpress ORM: 240 (bar)

Height: 5'11"
Weight: 180 lbs
Body Fat: not sure havent got it tested probaly between 12 and 14 percent.

Suppliments I will be taking for the cycle(also including stuff i take daily):

A Daily Mulitvitamin
Flaxseed Oil
2500mg Vitamin B6
1000mg L-Glutamine
1000mg L-Agrnine
Dymatize Xpand
Animal Pak
Egropharm 6-oxo
Cytomass Cytogainer

I will also be eating about 6 meals a day, and try to get about 5000 calories. I will not be doing cardio until the spring when i will be cutting.

I will update this thread every week to post increases(or decreases) and how things are going with the suppliments, due to the intensity of the cycle i do expect some side effects but nothing i cant handle.
The first thing that comes to mind is that you are wasting too much money of the above supplements.

When you say 5X5 on everything, what exactly do you mean? Excluding warmups, acclimation? What?

yea i free squat i havent done dead lift in a while though, but im gonna start again, and by 5x5 i mean excluding warmups, 5x5 is basically for the meet of it, i usually do 10 reps of low weight for a warm up then 5 sets of 5 increasing in weight each time, then i do a drop set of 185 til i cant do anymore.

I'm honestly not sure how much of it supplements and how much is mental.

I've always found blocks to increasing weight are usually more mental then anything else.
So, perhaps you are having a slight placebo effect.

Are you using a spotter (I hope so)

And much is the spotter, and how much is you by then final set?

Good gains though.

OK cool.

But, future reference, when I ask how much is you...When I spot..or am spotted. And I need it, then I dont have the person take all the weight. Its a finesse thing. Only take enough to make the person lifting still have to push to get the weight up. If they a need a little more..take a little more.. Unless they are totally spent, they say "im done", in which case you get the bar and get it racked ASAP.

But if those are all you good gains.

The dude was huge. And he wasnt pushing beyond his means (like going for a 4th rep)...but yeah....one reason I never try and gain too much in bench is because I dont have a spotter anymore.

yea having a spotter with that kind of weight is a necessity, you never know what could happen, even if its in your means

After using a 4 week cycle of superdrol, i have only good reviews about it, i noticed no real side effects besides a lil heightened agression sometimes nothing to drastic tho, my 5 rep bench went from 225 to 260 and my body weight went from 187 to 197 in 4 weeks, i highly recommend this product to anyone that is serious about putting on some lean muscle and of course seeing huge gains, i know this is an anabolic substance but it has very mild side effects if any.

Over the next 4 weeks i will be taking a PCT called Rebound XT, i hope to keep all of my gains, i will let you guys know how everything goes.

For some reason i missed that you were on Superdrol.

Watch out for the delayed-onset gyno.
