I strained my taint.
This is no joke...somehow I strained my taint rather badly. I have no idea what kind of exercise I was doing that caused this problem, but it now hurts to walk and go to the bathroom.
Last night I was at the gym, trying to figure out what I was doing to hurt the little fucker, so that I can lay off that particular exercise for a while. Leg lifts (for working out lower abs) was the only thing that seemed to irritate it more than anything else.
Any ideas?

No swelling that I can feel. The pain shoots all the way up my asshole. It seems to be getting worse. I guess a doctor visit is in order.

You are not experiencing any form of a "lost time" sensation from when you were in the shower are you?
On a serious note, go to the doc, it could be some type of intestinal strain that you would def want to have checked out.

Yes and I have been hungover the afternoon after drinking.. it all depends on quantity and how much sleep I get. During football season a 18 pack the night b4 and waking up at 8 am is not a good combination
