curious about hydroxcut
does this really work? i have a friend that started taking them about a month ago and while he dieted and exercised as well he was telling me it worked well for him.
should i give it a try? what are the bad things about it?
and yes i am still going to the gym, but nothing great has came out of it. just kept the same weight didnt gain or lose.

Waste of $ IMO, especially if it doesnt have ephedra in it.
Bust your ass in the gym and eat right and you shouldnt have any problems. That is, unless your family has a history of obesity.
What's your cardio plan and diet look like?

Total waste of money. Diet and exercise alone will do a world of good. There really is no such thing as a magic pill (other then Tiratricol which is now illegal but can mak you lose 20lbs in a week with a decent chance your metabolism becomes stuck and your f*cked for life). Spend a month at the gym and you'll get more outta it then any pill.

In that case you can do some research on an ECA stack. Ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin. Some add in some yohimbine too. Doesn't do anything without proper cardio but plenty of people see decent results with it. Read up on it before you think about taking it. Great source for info on that is the BodyBuildingForYou.com forums. You'll find plenty of weight loss suggestions there.
