Gotcha, actually shortly after I took the long road and read all that, thought I added that later.. I read about a lot of side effects too 
EDIT: The ECA stack sounds good, but what about an already thin guy who just wants to lose a LITTLE layer of fat on his stomach? Would that stack for like a week do much?

im going to start an ECA stack for a month to see if i can get any results. I just ordered Vasopro online so i should be recieving it shortly. Whats the difference between Hydroxycut and Hydroxycut Hardcore

My brother started Hydroxycut this week. I will see what he thinks of it. I am also gona look into ECA dosage.

... and i'm sure some of the ingredients but yeah... not a huge diff anymore
