exactly what the question in the title asks. Drink fast or slow? Does it even matter? I tend to chug them. Like finish off a 12 oz in a min or two.

I drink the whole thing in about a minute or so... so I say fast, ... only cuz when I mix 'em up I don't want any of the goodness in it to settle to the bottom.. (i.e. peanut butter, strawberries, bananas, whatever I put in) ...

i don't think it really matters either way as long as you drink it immediately after you make it...

When you work out... for the protein to be most effective you have a 30 minute window that you should drink the protein shake.

I usually have one in the AM and also immediately following a workout.
