Healthy snacks

I'm trying to lose a couple of pounds so I'm eating less but I keep getting hungry in between meals.

What healthy and low calorie snacks can I have? I'm not too crazy about granola bars so I've been eating pretzels and fruit (grapes, strawberries, apples, etc).

i like the granola bars with yogurt on top, or the special k breakfast bars.

they hold me over nicely between breakfast-lunch and lunch-dinner if i get super hungry.

really depends how strictly you're going to define "healthy".

Fruits, vegetables...Of course, I'm keying in on your word "healthy".

If you want to just cut back and eat low fat stuff, you can also have gummis, soda crackers, and nuts/dried fruit.

By healthy I mean something that will not conflict with my goal of losing weight but keep me "full" until next meal.

What about nuts?

nuts are great, legumes are a great source of protein (fiber too). And it's protein that helps you have that "full" feeling for longer periods.

Yogurt is also a good source of protein, and usually my choice for a snack.

EDIT: you'll probably want to stay away from the salted nuts, go with unsalted if you can.

special k breakfast bars - 90 calories
Yoplait yogurt light - 100 calories
Quaker oats granola bars - 90 calories
frozen fruit bars - 70 calories
and then you have your usual fruits and vegetables...bananas, grapes, apples, etc.
