Weight: 179.2
Body Fat: 21.6%

That is from one week ago. and now you are roughly the same weight, yet your body fat has dropped, what is the problem? I don't see any. Your weight shouldn't be the end all factor, you are decreasing body fat, look at the positives. Keep up the work. Step it up to 60 mins/day, and take in 150 more cals a day.. you will be golden.

Big tip for you. Instead of cardio workouts every single time. START LIFTING WEIGHTS! The process of gaining muscle will cut out a lot of fat for you and will give you a bonus effect. When you have a higher amount of muscle you will burn more calories.

I agree the cardio work will only take you so far, if your ultimate goal is to lose weight, then cardio and nutrition will do it. If your goal is to reduce body fat though, you need to start incorporating resistance training with weights.

Listen to this guy.
@ 185 I am slim as hell because I lift weights. Hell my goal is to be 185 and you are trying to go lower Plus if you are big and beefy people ask you to spot them and children/women/men think you are the shit. Plus you get to kick sand in the faces of skinny guys and take their chicks at the beach.

Sorry, just found this thread.... what kind of CPK pizza? The closest one to me is 6 hours away, so I try to go every time I'm in Boston... mmmm, hungry now just thinking about it.

I think it was the Sicilian.. and it was one that you can buy in the freezer section of a grocery store.

Those frozen ones are never as good as the real thing, though.

I guess. I've only eaten at the restaurant twice. The frozen one was really good though.

Found this thread after a long tome away from the forums. Definitely use weight training and HIIT. No need for all those 45-60 minute sessions on the elliptical. Also eating more does not mean eating more junk. Make sure it's eating clean....
