Eating advice
I am trying to lose about 25lbs of fat around my waist. I don't really have tons of time to exercise because I own a kiosk in the mall and I work there 12 hours a day 7 days a week. I might be able to fit in a quick job here are there. When I am actually at home I am trying to spend some time with my wife and kids and take care of some house stuff like the lawn. My problem is that I work in a mall 12 hours a day and end up eating 3 meals in the mall a day. Bad stuff like mcdonalds, panda express, rubios, pretzels, etc. I am sure I can trim some of this fat by just having a much better diet. But the thing is I don't know what kind of lunch I can bring with me to eat that is healthy besides eating a sandwich and salad. I tried eating sandwich for a while but 3 sandwich a day everyday gets old really fast. I need something that I can keep in my lunch box that stays fresh all day. I cant use any microwaves or anything like that. I have no clue what to make that is quick to make. Any help would be appreciated.

You can buy a cheap microwave to leave at your kiosk. Also for our baby we have a bottle bag to hold the bottles and keep them cold so that the formula doesn't go bad. We keep a ice pack in there to keep it cold. I'm sure they have larger applications for adult lunches.
