Usually I drink a fruit2o with my lunch which is basically fruit flavored water. Has 5mg sodium per 8 oz which I don't think has any significance. But I'm just wondering if I can count this in my 120oz of water a day? It's a 16 oz bottle...

I wouldn't worry too much about making sure you hit exactly 120oz a day. If your piss is clear you're drinking enough.

Ever since last year when I started doing 300g protein a day and creatine and the occasional night out with friends (drinking) I always make sure to drink 1 gallon. I literally walk around with a 1 gallon jug. And usually finish it around right now...

My piss is clear in the afternoon, but it's hard to tell in the earlier part of the day due to vitamins.
