I have a theory that once you consume enough bad stuff in one sitting, you reach a point where it just doesn't matter anymore. Once you eat 2 servings of fettuccini alfredo, anything after that really isn't going to matter. So when I do break stride and eat poorly or drink, yeah I binge.

Ate that 1000 calorie burrito for lunch? Fuck it. Eat massive quantities of pizza with an ice cream chaser for dinner. The day is already ruined anyway.

yeah about once a week. I'll eat Pizza, half pound Cheesburgers, a pound of fries, gallon of milk. all back to back. It usually happens after my Saturday 5 hour work out. I use Saturday to make up for all the times I cheated on my cardio. I'll do Triceps/treadmil, eliptical, bike, swim. Then I'll eat all that shit/

Sometimes I binge. Usually it comes in the form of eating a huge meal of fatty food or else a big helping of dessert, but I do it so rarely that it doesn't impact my diet much.

Honestly, If I'm not starving, I eat food mostly for the taste. So, why not just chew it, taste it, and spit it out intead of binging+purging?

Its better to eat all 10 in one sitting, then have one at 1pm, 3pm, 4pm, etc...Your body can only account for soo many calories...
Every friday or saturday night I have a cheat meal, I think its more beneficial then anything else. Keeps my sanity, from eating the same shit everyday, and also shocks my metabolism...I usually just go out to eat and order what ever I want?

I binge in the sense that I will eat the same food a lot for a few months, and never touch it again.
I like to binge when I eat normally so I can get some weight on....but I try to eat healthier than some people who binge.
