Creatine Tolerance
Tried searching but its xmas and i got a little lazy.
Does your body build up a tolerance to creatine over time? Like will you have to take more to get the same effect or no?
I want to try a new creatine cycle which is pretty long, and i just want to know if i have to factor in tolerance or not.

I do about a 4/1 cycle....4 weeks on....1 week off. (CEE)

Do CEE and you dont have to worry about doing a loading phase. Plus you dont get the bloating effect. (most people get as a side).

When I did creatine I did the loading then I did it twice a day per the instructions. I later got off of it and when I got back on I only did it once daily, before the gym, on days I worked out. It lasted longer and it still worked great. The only side effect I had was peeing a lot.
