Cheapest place to get pre-made shakes?
Does anyone know where I can get pre-made shakes the cheapest? I'm usually in a time bind so mixing powder and liquid is not an option right now.
I know EAS makes shakes, but don't think GNC is the cheapest place.
I can't recall if Optimum Nutrition does, but it would be great if they do.
Anyways, any thoughts?

If there is a hi health near you, they have great deals on that stuff sometimes. Or if you buy in bulk with a GNC card that might help the price (buy 1 get 1 half off).
I used to just check hi health every once in a while, when they had sales I'd stock up.

As a FYI - All GNC shakes (powder for sure, not sure about pre-made) are buy 1 get the other 50% off.

You're gonna get raped wherever you go. Muscle Milk sells pre-made shakes in a plastic carton that people like, but they cost about the same as a shake from GNC or the gym. Try a shaker cup/bottle - http://www.1fast400.com/?products_id=857. GNC sells them for $5. Add water, 2 scoops whey, shake vigorously for 30 seconds, chug.

I find that I can buy whey protein in the grocery store cheaper than in GNC, even after the buy one ger one at half off PLUS the gold card discount. Do a quick price comparison on an ounce-per-ounce basis and I think that you will find the same thing. Some people just feel more comfortable buying certain things from a "health" store rather than from a "grocery" store. Dunno, but I prefer to buy wherever is the cheapest.
when I mix my shakes, I use a whisk, right in the glass, and it takes almost no time (even less than 30 seconds). I also like to pre-measure the powder into baggies so that I have one dose packages ready at my fingers. It takes a little prep work to do this, but it is well worth it.

Cheaper by the dozen
I buy cases of EAS or Adkins Advatage RTDs (both good high protein, low carb) at the Thunderbird Swap Shop in Ft. Lauderdale on Sundays.
I'm sure other big flea markets will have someone selling them. I pay $10 a case for either the RTDs (ready to drink) or the bars. They retail for about $28 a case.
Other than that, you can sometimes get them at Costco but for about $24 a case.

Buy this. http://www.fitrx.com/fitrx/detail_pa...91&i_brand=149
Carry it around with you. When you want a drink scoop some powder into it with water. Then SHAKE and DRINK.
Also Fitrx is local to us. They are located in roselle and is pretty big, great prices also.

Foe quickie protein shakes I like the Odwalla Protein Shakes.
18g of protein, fruit juice taste ( as opposed to the usual choc or vanil of my isopure)
Its a tad chalky, but I think they are really tasty.
