Any advice on protective headgear for sparring? Pretty much boxing and muay thai, full contact. Most guys at my dojo use thunder or twins headgear. I heard fairtex was pretty good and fightgear.

Thanks in advance. I already suffered a grade 1 concussion last fall when I took a right knee to my chin and last night I got cracked in the nose (no blood thankfully). I landed a good right upper cut to my partner though so it was wash.
