Best Protein Ever - BodyFactory Body Fuel
This stuff is insanely tasty: http://www.bodyfactory.com/prod-Body...inment_-9.aspx
Best protein I've ever had. I have it with 2-4 ounces of natural pineapple juice, filtered water, half a banana and ice of course. Insanely good.
That's all.

I like this stuff for about 1/6 the price:

Haven't tried any of the chocolates, but I like the vanilla and strawberry. Sometimes I mix half strawberry and half vanilla.

Best protein I've ever tasted is from Xtreme Formulations (commonly referred to as XF). Their Ultra Peptide 2.0 flavors are amazing. I highly highly highly recommend the Lemon Creme Pie.

^Same. When mixed with milk, it actually tastes better than most other chocolate milks I've had.
but it looks like with this, you can mix it with water or ice, you don't have to worry about taking in the extra milkfat. IMO Optimum Nutrition's stuff doesn't taste too well when mixed with water.

i just get the generic stuff from GNC in the red tub. all i know is that i only like the chocolate and only with water. it's cheap and tastes decent and lasts a long time. especially if you have the gold card and can catch it on sale.
milk is too filling 2x a day.![](http://smiliesftw.com/x/msn_020.gif)

At most, athletes only need 0.8g of protein per lb of body weight (1.8g per Kg body weight) and this is for body builders/intense weight lifting. I've seen your Barrack Hussein Obama video and I'm guessing you're under 200 lbs?
Any excess protein just goes to fat. I'd rethink your protein intake....It's pretty easy to get the required protein from diet alone. Meat (on average) has 7g protein per ounce. A 200 lb athlete needs 160g protein/day which comes out to 23 ounces of meat/day. That's 3 large chicken breasts/day IF meat is your only source of protein.
I keep a supplement on hand, but I only use a scoop every now and then when I get crunched for time and miss a meal.
I don't know your exact situation or how much you've researched this subject, but I'd caution you on taking that much supplement on a daily basis.

Holy crap! Does your doctor know you're ingesting that much protein on a daily basis. I'm assuming then that your protein intake from supplements alone add up to 150-175g of protein/day?

Well, one can't argue with the pictures and I'm not here to brow beat. But at 270-350 g/day, your protein intake is 1.4-1.82 g/lb. According to any reputable source I've read, this is way too high, even for athletes.
Again, any excess protein is converted to fat, regardless of total caloric intake. At your rate of intake, I can guarantee you have excess protein.
Anyhow, I urge you (maybe you have) to research this and even consult a nutritionist. I think you'd see even better results by halving your daily protein intake.

You know, you might be right and this might be slowing down my progress altogether. I am going to give this a shot for the next two weeks...if this is indeed a culprit, I owe ya a cold one; you may just as well cut several hundred calories from my diet!
