Anyone heard of Legendary Abs?

It's a publication from like 10 years ago. It was a set of ab exercise routines with different levels. It was a very short routine that usually only lasted 5-10 minutes. Now I know what you all will say that it's crap. However, I've done one of their routines and a typical gym routine and was more sore the next day from theirs. Now for my body, when I wake up sore I see better results vs. not waking up sore. Here are the 2 routines:

Legendary Abs Level 2 or 3

20 leg lifts; rest for 10 seconds; 25 leg lifts; 25 seated crunches at 1 per 1 second; 10 crunches with legs at 90 degree angle 2 per second.

vs

3 x 25 hanging leg lifts (not straps); 3 x 25 crunches; 3 x 25 90 degree crunches

If anyone has this book let me know.

Just an FYI: Not to hate on ab routines, but everyone should keep in mind 6 packs are made in the kitchen, not the gym. You don't need to work your abs a ton, you need to have a low bodyfat.

I used to work my abs pretty hard with little result because of my nightly activities.... Now I've cut down on my eating and WAY down on my beer intake while also cutting back on my ab work-outs and I still have more definition now than I ever have....
