Am I doing something wrong.
I was 204 start mid month of june.. By end of july i was 188... Now i starting taking m5 supplement (creatine and just energy boosting) and i went to the gym and all. I take 1200 - 1500 calories a day.. usually 1300. Anyway for the past 2 weeks ive been taking m5 and working out for 1 1/2 - 2 hours (1 - 1.5 hours weight lifting/30 mins cycling at level 12 burning around 250 calories...) i drink about 2 gallons of water also this week i switched to NO Xplode... I am still 188 186..
Is it because of the creatine? If so how many LBS does creatine add on.... Am i doing something wrong?

How tall are you? And, yes, creatine will help you gain weight. Looks like NO Explode is for muscle mass too. If your goal is to just strictly lose weight, then stop taking that supplement asap. Actually, you probably shouldn't take any supplements, besides vitamins and what not.

OK, here goes. Your using a shotgun for you workouts. That feeling you get when your gassing out is cortisol kicking in, past 45 mintues of working out.
Cortisol is a hormone that usually is released in times of stress, a survival mode. It takes energy from where ever it can get it, destoying your muscle cells for its glycogen.
Up to 45 mintues there is little cortisol release, so they say. So targeting specific muscle groups in these 45 minute intervals will give your muscles a good workout, without breaking them down.
Another downside to cortisol is that it will cause you to store fat around your abdomen.
So just throttle back to 45 minute work out increments, you will get better results.
I usually save an aerobic workout (not lifting), for my off weight lifting days (30-45 minutes).
Just what I've researched and found to work for me.

The point is to give your body a rest between the workout periods. Not very practical if you don't have alot of time; anyway, I usually have a protein/carb drink right after a workout, a small meal 1.5 hours @ time elapsed, total wait of 2 hours and start my next workout.
45 minutes for lifting and 30-45 minutes for aerobic workouts (running, swimming, cycling etc.)

Wait a minute, are you trying to gain weight or lose weight? If you're trying to lose it, why are you taking supplements like NO Xplod and other creatine? The only thing creatine is going to do is put weight on you - both water weight and muscle mass. If your goal is to lose weight, then STOP all supplements now, and just do your cardio and lifting. And Chemmech is absolutely correct, limit your weight lifting to 40-45 minutes.
And get rid the NO Xplod, that stuff is straight crap.

assuming your caloric calculator is correct, you are not consuming enough calories. when you don't give your body the necessary calories for daily functions (cell reproduction, digestion, breathing, blood circulation, etc., etc., etc.), your body will go into survival mode and SLOWS down your metabolism because it thinks you are in a famine and need to preserve calories for survival. 1200-1500 calories is barely enough for an average woman's daily needs.
along with the cortisol from your ridiculously long workouts, you probably don't have enough lean muscle to keep your metabolism stoked, or you are either eating too much or not enough.
