I find the new reports quite hilarious when they advise you to wear dark clothing until your body adjusts.

You don't have to tell us able your oil discharge, but let us know if you see any measurable results from the product

They say its a deterent from eating fatty foods while you are taking the supplement. They also go on to say that keeping fat below 15grams a sitting is best. I don't eat fast food, but I can't remember the last time I got more than 15 grams of fat at one sitting. I don't like eating my protein/meal replacement bars all at one time since they are 14g/fat, 43g/carbs, and 420 calories. They might me the most processed food I eat.....and they are supposed to be good for you. I eat 1/2 at a time and seperate with 2 hours

What's your diet like? I heard a high fat intake is what contributes to the leakage.

Leakage occurs if you take the pill and eat a meal with more then 15 grams of fat. After that, the more fat=more leakage. I generally only eat that much fat during dinner.

^^Really having no problems so far....I had one poop that was more oily then usual, but other then that it seems to be ok.

I had one fart that shot out some grease and two poops that were slippery, but nothing too bad.....I haven't lost any weight though

Also, I don't eat a lot of fat in my diet....The more fat you eat, the more of the bad effects...

Maybe -I was 165 when I moved to London, I am about 180 now....When I moved here, I could get into 31 inch pants, now I need a 32, though the 32's are still bog on me (need a belt for sure). I kinda like wearing 32's because the size is more available. I think I would like to be about 170, so dropping 10 pounds is my goal. I only have about a months supply of this stuff (bought it in the US and its not available here in London) so Ill see how I am at the end of the month.

I think this product also has an added benefit that it sorta teaches people to eat less fat or they basically get "punished with oil leakage". Pretty good concept as it's working in 2 ways.
