he was shot in the jaw, along with 7 other places.

I doubt he's on roids. Its not that difficult to get big like that with unlimited access to the best trainers, nutritionists, and equipment.

:whocares: I can't believe that these zero-talent, shit-for-brains, morally bereft crack-dealing gang members are even getting record deals in the first place, let alone being promoted by society to the level of superstars.

I always say, they won't become stars if no one bought their records and went to their concerts. It's the PEOPLE who are making him rich.

He's a good amount bigger now than he is in those pictures. I don't think he's all that tall, but he's pretty damn big.

Umm...no.

He was a crack dealer from Queens, and had gang connections. Read up!
And his "G-Unit" is in the news this week, in trouble for gun-related charges.
Again, as I said before: I can't believe that these are the people that record companies, and society, promote to the level of superstars. And I thought I made it clear in my original message that I understood that it is the people that promote them to this level.

And yeah, I don't drink and have never gotten "hammered," so I guess I won't understand. I think even if I did drink, it still wouldn't help me understand the low-life culture that these guys wallow in and end up getting rich off of.

So you are saying that you don't like music because of what the musician does in their personal life? You must do some pretty good research before you turn on the radio or buy a cd...who do you listen to?

I'm not saying I support 50's past or present lifestyle, or that I'm really a fan of his music, but if you determine your musical likes and dislikes by the personal affairs of the musician you will probably be fine with the 4gb ipod for the next 20 years or so.

when you're only 2 steps removed from an Ape, it's not that hard to seem bigger than your average cracker.

Nobody can say if he has or has not taken anything. It's possible to get to his size without any supplements at all. It's simple: eat right and work hard.

However, I somehow doubt that his lower body is in the same shape as his upper body. That's another thing that can happen. The upper body is all for show, so guys who want to show off will only work that, and forget about the legs and always wear long/baggy pants. It's easy to get a huge upper body if you neglect to spend time on your lower. Does this apply to him?

I've never seen his legs. Not working your legs shouldn't have a positive effect on how well your upper body grows. If anything it'll hamper your gains.

I am generally not interested in musicians' personal lives, unless that personal life is so egregious or so low-life that it causes me to take notice -- and then that same bottom-dwelling life forms the entire basis of their recorded output. Then it does tend to have an influence on my decision, yes. There is a line that is drawn. For instance -- I know that many musicians can be jerks in their personal lives, but they still make great, worthwhile music. But for me, no-talent shitheads like 50 Cent don't fall into that category.

who do you listen to?
Way, way too many artists and styles to list. I posted a huge list of stuff in some other past thread, a while ago. Those were restricted to only the records that I could listen to the entire way through without skipping a single song. But I own 15,000 albums and about 400 singles.

I'm not saying I support 50's past or present lifestyle, or that I'm really a fan of his music, but if you determine your musical likes and dislikes by the personal affairs of the musician you will probably be fine with the 4gb ipod for the next 20 years or so.
Hahaha...that comment really makes me laugh. I'm currently considering buying a 60GB ipod and icelink, and I've already been thinking about the songs I'm going to have to exclude from my ipod.
