Will ACC be an option?

The interior picture does not seem to have the Adaptive Cruise Control or "ACC" button (as compared to the RL steering wheel). Does anyone know if this will be an option on the 2009 TL?

I'm quite this will remain an RL feature for now.

I'm sure we would know from the long lead reviews (so far) if the TL had this feature. I have been saying for a long time (to anyone who will listen) that I think the new grill is there to hide the CMBS and ACC sender/receiver without making it look 'tacked on' as in the current RL.
